Excess water is a source of problems common to all main air lines. Transair® water separators eliminate over 99 % of excess water and provide a means of increasing the efficiency of filters and other equipment connected to the network.

6712 activated carbon filter.

Good performance and longevity of equipment require air filtration from the start of the system or within the airline. The Transair® system meets this need. This product is adapted for vapour and oil odour removal, giving a maximum residual oil aerosol content below 0,003 mg/m3 (methane excepted) @ 21°C.
It also includes a coalescing filter.

6662 quick assembly bracket.

For branching, this item is designed to supply any lay-out. It can be used :

• in a horizontal or vertical position at the beginning of the system,

6698 hose reel.

The required length of hose is automatically available, enabling a tidy working environment. It also avoids hose damage that can occur on the workshop floor. The pivoting base facilitates use at any angle. Transair® hose reels can be installed either to the ceiling or wall.
According to the application required, 2 types are available :
- light series hose reel for use with light air tools,
- heavy duty hose reel, for workshops, maintenance and repair shops.

To install, simply push the pipe into the fitting : the connection is secured. To disconnect, just unscrew the nut (1/2 turn) : immediately disconnected, the pipe can be pulled out easily.

6697 fixing clip.

Ensures, by an instant clip, the connection of rigid pipe and is suitable for wall or overhead mounting. When attached to a rigid fixing point, the clip accomodates any movement caused by expansion or contraction of the system.

9D01 quick acting couplers.

Compact and lightweight, these couplers are adapted for pneumatic automation equipment and are perfectly suited for compressed air pipe systems and the connection of tools to Transair® mini-brackets and wall brackets.

Model 6710 general purpose protection
air quality to ISO 8573.1 : class 2-3. 1 micron particle removal (including oil and water) giving a maximum residual oil aerosol content of 0,5 mg/m3 @ 21°C.

The production of compressed air automatically creates condensate (condensate water mixed with oil, particles…). This contamination must be removed.
