All oil lubricated compressors produce condensates containing some amount
of oil.
FACT: Most municipalities have legislation governing the maximum content of oil acceptable by law to be drained into the sewage system.
We carry condensate systems, accessories and drains from reputable manufacturers such as Atlas Copco, Jorc, Summit, and Beko. These systems allow the condensate removed from the compressor system to be treated to separate the oil from the water for environmentally safe and legal disposal. In addition, these systems are designed to improve your operating costs for a rapid payback on your investment. The oil water separators have no moving parts and require no electricity. The condensate drains allow removal of the condensate without the loss of compressed purge air. Both of these units are easy to install and maintain.
