• Warranty: The appropriate OMEGA warranty will apply to your order(s)
• Transportation: All orders will be shipped prepaid and charge via carrier and service of Trident Compressed Air Ltd's choice.
  - shipping charges are not included in the compressor pricing
  - hydraulic tailgate service is extra
  - appointment deliveries are extra
  - all other service requests are extra
  - shipping will be F.O.B. Omega's or Trident's warehouse. Regardless of the delivery method, the risk of damage or loss shall be the responsibility of the buyer. All damages to product must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery whether concealed or not. Any shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any delivery dates are approximate only, Trident Compressed Air Ltd. will have no responsibility for delays in delivery.
